Everything you need to know about washing with EverWash Unlimited.

How does the Unlimited Membership work?

For one low monthly fee, you can wash your car as often as you like! When you sign up, we place a small RFID sticker on your windshield. When you pull up to the wash, the gate automatically reads your sticker and lets you in. No need to roll down your window or talk to an attendant.

Are there really no hidden fees?

Yes! Your monthly rate covers everything. Vacuums, microfiber towels, glass cleaner, and interior sprays are always completely free for members to use.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime, for any reason. Visit our location, call us, or use the link in your welcome email. Just let us know at least 3 days before your billing cycle renews.

Can I transfer my membership to a new car?

Absolutely. If you get a new vehicle, just stop by the office. We will deactivate your old RFID sticker and issue a new one for your new car at no extra charge.

Is the wash safe for my paint?

100%. We use closed-cell neo-glide foam that does not hold dirt or water. It gently massages the vehicle, and combined with our pH-balanced soaps and constant water lubrication, it is actually safer than hand-washing.

Do you accommodate pickup trucks and large SUVs?

Yes! Our tunnel can accommodate vehicles up to 84 inches tall and with tire widths up to 13 inches. Most standard pickup trucks (including F-150s, Silverados) and large SUVs fit perfectly. Dually trucks, unfortunately, are too wide for the conveyor track.

Will the wash damage my soft-top convertible?

Our wash is completely safe for soft-top convertibles. Just make sure the top is securely latched before entering the tunnel!

What if it rains the day after I get a wash?

If you're an Unlimited member, it doesn't matter! Just come back and wash it again. That's the beauty of the club.

Do you offer full interior detailing?

We are an express exterior wash. While we don't offer drop-off full interior detailing, we provide all the professional-grade tools (high-power vacuums, towels, glass cleaner, interior spray) for you to easily detail your own interior for free after your wash.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Memberships require a credit or debit card to be kept on file for automatic monthly billing. We do not accept cash for memberships.
